15th Dec - Christmas Traditions

Good Morning! Today's challenge is ...

Your Christmas traditions, what is Christmas like where you are, is there something you always do at Christmas time that is different to other people's? Or maybe there's a tradition you have to do for it to feel like it really is Christmas.

Helen
My layout is about the change of our Christmas tree decorating, once we had a traditional red/green tree with Hallmark decorations that the boys and I would go and choose each year but when they got to their teenage years they weren't interested. So, I decided that we could have a teal tree instead seeing as I was the only one interested in it. So each year I have teal and another colour(s) on my tree.

Lori
One of our favorite Christmas traditions is decorating the tree - it is the kick-off to our holiday season - and it's a requirement that everyone in the family has to hang at least one ornament.

Michelle
Hey everyone. A new tradition for us is my grandson visiting Santa. It didn't go so well last year so here's to hoping it won't be a short lived tradition!!

I loved seeing the design team's traditions and now it's over to you, what's yours? We would love to see your challenge layouts, just link them up to the side bar.
