This is the first time I have taken part in a Tic Tac Toe challenge... and I LOVED it!  I went diagonally and chose Circle Blue Heart.  This is my precious little girl all dolled up for her cousin's 21st birthday!  I can't believe how fast the time is screaming by!  I hope you like it!

I love Tic Tac Toe challenges and this is a great one! I have used the diagonal row of Heart, Blue, Circle. I have used some texture paste and a circle stencil, flairs, a round chipboard embellishment and a half circle banner, lots of blue papers and embellishments, a chipboard heart and a Charm’s Creations denim felt heart.
